Meet Aisha Davis

Aisha Davis is a dynamic entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, model, and visionary leader committed to creating spaces where women feel seen, empowered, and inspired to rise.

A proud Southeast San Diego native now expanding her impact into Houston, Aisha has built her brand around authenticity, resilience, leadership, and purpose. With nearly 20 years in the insurance industry as a Senior Workers' Compensation Underwriter, along with years of entrepreneurial, event leadership, mentorship, and community empowerment experience, she brings a unique blend of corporate expertise, lived experience, and heartfelt inspiration to every stage she steps on.

Aisha is the founder of S.H.A.D.E.S. and a founding member of Women of Southeast, LLC — a collective of seven like-minded women from Southeast San Diego who came together to pool their resources, invest together, and build generational wealth for their families and community.

Her Mission

To empower women to walk boldly in who they are, embrace their authentic voice, and pursue success without apology. Through S.H.A.D.E.S., speaking engagements, mentorship, and community partnerships, she is intentional about building spaces where women are encouraged, affirmed, and reminded of their power.
